Job Overview
BOXCEY and Seed Digital are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Delivery Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of projects across both businesses. This role sits at the centre of our operations, working closely with the founders, managing clients, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate is confident managing multiple stakeholders, excels at communication, and has a strong grasp of both project delivery and client relationship management.
Key Requirements:
- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget across BOXCEY and Seed Digital.
- Client Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Founders Liaison
- Work directly with the founders to understand strategic priorities, report on project progress, and provide operational insights.
- Supplier Coordination
- Manage and liaise with external vendors, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure deliverables meet quality and timing expectations.
- Planning and Execution
- Develop and maintain clear project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Monitor performance and progress closely.
- Team Coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and freelancers across design, development, marketing, and other areas.
- Risk and Issue Management
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
- Process Improvement
- Contribute to building and refining delivery frameworks, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and consistency across projects.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare regular updates for the founders, and manage change requests where applicable.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong client-facing skills with a professional and personable approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
- Experience using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or similar

Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling social media content across a range of channels, reporting on performance metrics, contributing to content creation, and supporting strategic planning.
This is a unique opportunity to split your time between two exciting areas of focus. For 2.5 days per week, you will work on our internal company social media channels and those of our clients. For the remaining 2.5 days per week, you will manage and develop content for Rascal Clothing’s social media platforms. This dual focus offers the chance to work across varied brands and audiences while honing your creative and strategic skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent copywriting skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that all content is engaging, consistent, and aligned with each brand’s goals.
Key Requirements:
- Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms for both internal and external clients, including Rascal Clothing.
- Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Assist with writing engaging and on-brand copy for social media content.

We’re looking for a talented and proactive Web Developer with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development – and a keen eye for design – to join our growing team. This role centres around building and customising Shopify websites for a range of e-commerce clients, delivering visually engaging, high-performing online stores that drive results.
You’ll be involved in the full development cycle – from initial design concepts through to deployment – working closely with designers, marketers, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain custom Shopify websites and themes
- Create responsive, visually appealing front-end designs using HTML, SCSS/CSS, and JavaScript
- Customise Shopify Liquid templates and utilise Shopify APIs to develop dynamic features
- Design and implement user interfaces with a focus on UX and conversion optimisation
- Develop back-end functionality and integrate third-party services, apps, and APIs
- Collaborate with team members to translate wireframes and briefs into functional, attractive websites
- Optimise websites for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility
- Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and technical support as needed
- Use version control (Git) and contribute to collaborative development processes
Requirements
- Proven experience developing Shopify websites (themes and custom apps)
- Strong front-end skills: Liquid, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript
